Tired Vs Angry
I had comments saying that I showed up as "angry"...For the fact, I really don't know why people do see me in this way...of cos I do have some people don't find that I am showing up as "angry"...
I do not wish to justify myself for the being of "angry". For those who knows me, I appreciate that how you feel me as the way I am..Thank you =) I am just "tired"...
I do not how to differentiate these two..I do not know what to do...
I am feeling emotionally tired now :(

Sorry and Thank you, Buddy
Today was my 2nd LP weekend, we had it @Shines and we were doing rope course. We went thought a few obstacles course and when it came to one that we need to walk past the " A bridge", I failed my buddy. My buddy had put in 100% of his effort to bring me over, but because of my mistrust in myself, I didn't give a 100%. This resulted in my failing and also resulted to his failing too.
I cried and I was lost. I do have mixed feelings but I can't express myself out..My buddy would refer me that I was in a "autistic" mode. My senior,Ken, saw that I cried and came to talk to me. He told me I cried, because I do care..but I must learn to trust myself and have confident to have my buddy and me win together...I couldn't take any lunch..cos too emotional stress up...
2nd part is the rope course..I am scare of heights and I never done any rope course before..This makes me more frightened and I wonder even more how to make my buddy wins?
There is one course called the "The Broken Bridge" that my buddy choose to blindfold himself and trust me to bring him over. He told me he never forget because when he was blindfolded I didn't be in my contract and I didn't trust myself to bring him over. I still told him I was very scared and I dare not move. He replied to me that he was blindfolded and he can now only trust me to bring him over and win together. From there, I pushed myself and give a 100% to him and bring him over. I might not did the best job he expected but buddy I really try my very best and give it out for you at that moment.
The rest of the rope course were all challenge to me. I do remember one called "The Multi Vines". My buddy was shouting to me from below "what do you want?" I shouted I want to win together with my buddy.( He replied the same ans to me when I ask him this question from below too.)There was a moment I couldn't get hold of the ropes except for my own safety rope but I heard him shouted..Reach out! I trusted him and reached out for the rope..at times I do hold my safety rope but he was always there to ask me to let go...because I know I need to let go in order to reach out for the next rope..Holding back won't bring me to the next point...
Buddy,
Because of you, I cleared my rope course.
Because of you I know I have to shift my being to be confident and trusting in myself to guide you to win when you are "blinded"and we win together.
Because of you, I know I am powerful.
Buddy, I am proud of you as you are my result since Advance and also I am glad that you are proud of me as I am also your result since Advance.
I am proud of myself too =)

Won't Go Home Without You
Won't Go Home Without You lyrics
I asked her to stay but she wouldn't listen
And she left before I had the chance to say
The words that would mend the things that were broken
But now it's far too late she's gone away
Every night you cry yourself to sleep
Thinking why does this happen to me?
Why does every moment have to be so hard?
Hard to believe it
It's not over tonight
Just give me one more chance to make it right
I may not make it through the night
I won't go home without you
The taste of her breath, I'll never get over
And the noises that she made kept me awake
The weight of the things that remain unspoken
Built up so much, it crushed us every day
Every night you cry yourself to sleep
Thinking, why does this happen to me?
Why does every moment have to be so hard?
Hard to believe it
It's not over tonight
Just give me one more chance to make it right
I may not make it through the night
I won't go home without you
It's not over tonight
Just give me one more chance to make it right
I may not make it through the night
I won't go home without you
Of all the things I've felt I've never really showed
Perhaps the worst is that I ever let you go
I should not ever let you go
It's not over tonight
Just give me one more chance to make it right
I may not make it through the night
I won't go home without you
It's not over tonight
Just give me one more chance to make it right
I may not make it through the night
I won't go home without you
And I won't go home without you
And I won't go home without you
And I won't go home without you

I really don't know how to use chopstick
I just had my dinner with some of my LP mates...then there was this sweet guy suddenly said to me : " Can I give you some feedback?" of course you can...this was what he said : " The way you hold the chopstick with the chicken was really wrong lor..How can you go on dates in this way ?"
Grip the second chopstick with your index finger. Place your thumb over the second chopstick. Adjust your grip to a more comfortable position. Make sure the narrow tips of the chopsticks are even with each other to help prevent them from crossing or being unable to "pinch" the food.
Everyone was laughing off the heads at me...So I tried my best to do the correct way but my fingers just don't listen to me....hahaha..
Can I be committed to do the correct way ? So I do a search on the net, and I found something interesting..
Japan had a innovative product that you need to place your fingers on the dents of this chopstick. These chopsticks will teach you the correct way to hold chopsticks naturally. I think I need one of this chopsticks to teach me how to hold chopsticks correctly..hahaha. :P
Nevertheless, learning the correct method allows you to use any chopsticks available on the table....So Let's learn bah...

Nevertheless, learning the correct method allows you to use any chopsticks available on the table....So Let's learn bah...
Pick up the first chopstick with the middle finger and thumb. Stiffen your hand for a firm grip. Have the broad end of the chopstick lay on the part where your thumb and index finger connect. Rest the narrow end on the tip of your ring finger, and hold it in place with the tip of your middle finger. (Hint: try holding it the way you hold a pen to write. It might rest on your ring finger or your middle finger, held in place by your index finger. Place the chopstick then lift your index finger so it can hold the second chopstick.)
Grip the second chopstick with your index finger. Place your thumb over the second chopstick. Adjust your grip to a more comfortable position. Make sure the narrow tips of the chopsticks are even with each other to help prevent them from crossing or being unable to "pinch" the food.
Hold it steady. This chopstick should not move when you attempt to pick up food. Alternatively, hold the first chopstick steady and move the second (top) chopstick by moving the tip of your index finger up and down while the thumb remains relatively steady, acting like a pivot point. The top chopstick remains pressed to the index finger from the tip through the first joint. The movement comes from flexing the joint closest to the knuckle. Straightening your index finger opens the chopsticks and bending it closes them, with perhaps a slight flexing of the thumb to keep the chopsticks lined up with each other. (Note: this alternative is different from the photos in how the top chopstick is held. The movement comes from the top chopstick, not the bottom one, so the top chopstick is held so that it can be moved easily. Use the method that is comfortable for you.)
Practice opening and closing the chopsticks. Make sure the broad ends of the chopsticks do not make an "X" as this will make it difficult to pick up food.
Pick up food at a good angle (try roughly 45 degrees from the plate); slightly lift it up. If it feels unstable, put it down and try again.

Enchanted Wonderland

I had my LP 79 WOW day on the 31st of Jan 2009 - Enchanted Wonderland @ Punggol Marina
It was spectacular and magnificent. After all the sweat, frustration, worries, tiredness, and the midnight oil that we burnt etc..we finally see our WOW day happened and it was really a day when we tears to happiness =)
The day started early for my event team members and me. We were there to make sure things and rides were in placed and last min check ..When the time was approaching at 3pm, and the first bus of the beneficiary home reached and we were all excited about it and our journey of making a difference to them started...........
The smiles on the children's face really melted us and all of us had enjoyed the day with them. Children are fun and innocent that they made us forgot our troubles, sadness, anger etc...I was back to my childhood time , but just that now really don't have the energy to run up and down and repeat the big "Olympic" inflatable for 5 times...hahaha..We had our finale at around 8plus and we sent off our last bus of beneficiary at around 9plus..It was an unforgettable day for LP 79 and all the people who were present in the "Enchanted Wonderland" =)
