Am I a Perfectionist too?

Things are not moving in the smooth way as it seem to be...

Got rejected...but knowing deep inside...it is a rejected piece of work...

Why am i upset about it? I take it personally or am I a perfectionist in certain way too?

I dont know...but based on result : Mission Failed !! :(

Earth Hour 2009

Did you know about the Earth Hour? or you didnt even bother or know about this thingy....
Earth Hour is a campaign to highlight climate change & global warming.

Time zone by time zone, nearly 4,000 cities and towns in 88 countries joined the event sponsored by the World Wildlife Fund to dim nonessential lights from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The campaign began in Australia in 2007 and last year grew to 400 cities worldwide.

Singapore do take part in the Earth hour but Only some 8,000 individuals took part and the number short fall of the target of 1 million. :( Hmm..a lot of work need to be done for raising the awarness on the effect of global warming ya...

Every little effort and things you do will have an effect on the Earth.
Love the mother nature and she will love you too. Be kind and protect her.

Victim or Responsible

At home, the whole day doing some stuff...

At 5.30pm, received a call from Elaine asking who made the video for our LP 79 WOW day as it can't be played for the guest event ..so need to handle it.

So called up and checked then realised they wanted to play through DVD player but our video format is wma. format ya...if can't handle in time, we can have our video still played at the guest event but is for tomorrow only..so I can either choose to ignore and hack care as I am not really that IT savvy lor... or choose to handle it!!!

Well, since I love my LP 79 so much, I choose to handle and called up my dear Ah wei and asked her how to go about doing that...she told me steps by steps and get the DVD out at 5.50pm. Challenge is to reach at AW by 6.30pm...Guess what , I reached at 6.20pm..Yeah!

I feel like crying when the DVD is being play...To me , even if nobody wants to watch the video, is ok to me...because based on results, my intention is to get the DVD out on time and making the impossible to be possible =)

At least now I learned how to convert a wma. file to a DVD ...Coolz!

Today was Basic Graduation Day, of cos this was nothing new to me..but today was different as my cousin, Kenneth, was one of the Graduate. It was really a touching moments when I stood in front of him to wait for him to open his eyes...

If wasn't that, I made a stand to talk about this course to him, today he would not be there..and I would have taken a chance away from him to let him discover his possibilities, his life....

If wasn't that, Verdy and Ken made me realise the importance of enrollment, today I will still be playing a number game...

I had taken a risk. I had made a stand. I had touched lives. I had made it happen! :)
